Roger Miller, Principal – Sales
Roger has been in the Kansas City area since 1979 when he became a principal of Dill-Miller Associates. After Vernon Dill retired in 1990 Roger formed Illumination Sales. Prior to moving to Kansas City, Roger had been involved in sales management on a national level with several major lighting fixture manufacturers.
Jeff Brown, Principal - Quotations/Applications/Sales
Jeff spent 9 years in electrical distribution before joining Illumination Sales in 1998. During his 13 years at Illumination Sales Jeff has been involved in quotations, applications, lighting controls and agency management.
Kip Springer, Principal – Sales
Kip joined Illumination Sales in 2011 as a principal.
He has been working in the electrical industry since 1982 as an electrician, distributor salesperson and a project manager, most recently for LSI in product management of Indoor products.
Grady Cawthon - Quotations/Applications/Sales
Grady has been with Illumination Sales since 1990. He has been in the electrical business since graduating from Florida State University in 1971.
Craig Skinner - Quotations/Applications/Sales
Craig has been preparing lighting quotations since 2004. He has a background in residential drafting, commercial design, and computer graphics.
Donna Sebert - Architectural Representative
Donna joined Illumination Sales in 2011 to assist in supporting the Kansas City Architectural, Design and Engineering communities. Her experience includes Sales and Lighting Design. She is an Accredited Interior Designer and a USGBC LEED AP professional. She received her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
Jaime Blum - Inside Sales
Jaime joined Illumination Sales in May of 2011. She has 7 years of customer service experience in varying fields.
